Yes, Google Play has removed the 1-star rating that video sharing app Tiktok has been receiving for some time, due to which the rating of this app has now gone from 1.2 to 1.4. Let me tell you, the demand to ban this app had increased rapidly due to the video posted by the famous Tiktok star Faisal Siddiqui.

In this video Faizal was accused of glorifying the acid attack. Due to this, the Tiktok  app suffered a lot of damage last week. A large number of people gave a 1 star rating on Google Play and Apple App Store giving a negative review against this app.

However, this is not the only reason TikTok's popularity has diminished. Actually, fans of famous YouTuber Caryy Minati have also been openly against this app for some time, who are constantly demanding to ban this app through Twitter and other social media platforms. Not only this, in some reviews against the app on Google Play Store, TikTok has been described as a Chinese app and people are also being urged not to use it.

In this way, public outrage is being seen directly on the Google Play store, where within 1 week TikTok's rating has come down from 4.5 rating to 1.2. On the other hand, Apple App Store also has an average rating, which has dropped from 4.5 to 3.5. However, TikTOK's ratings on the Google Play store have seen improvement. Actually, Google has erased some negative reviews found against the app, which were against the policy of Google Play Store.

Some people who give a 1 star rating to TiKTOK in large numbers are against this app because they are looking to connect it to China. Indeed, Tiktok owns the company ByteDance, headquartered in Beijing. But outside Beijing, the company has offices in many countries.
